What’s the Gala’s dress code?
The dress code is formal for the Gala. At the Symposium, the dress code is business casual.
Should I attend both the Symposium and Gala?
You can attend both or either. The Symposium will be about professional development and learning from various speakers talking about 25 years of leadership, innovation, and impact. The Gala is about celebrating our Chapter's 25th anniversary and awarding the best project managers in our community.
Do you have special hotel rates for people coming from outside St. John’s?
Please contact us at info@pminl.ca for information about discounted accommodations.
Do you have a discount code for students?
Yes, we have special PMI-NL student member pricing.
Student pricing:
Student Symposium only: $100
Student Gala only: $70
Student Symposium and Gala: $120
If you are a student, but don't have a PMINL student membership, and you'd like to attend the Symposium, the Gala, or both, please email us at vp@pminl.ca specifying which event you want to attend, either the Symposium, the Silver Gala, or both, and attach a copy of your transcript (Fall 2026, Spring 2026, or Winter 2026).
I can’t make the Symposium/Gala anymore. Do I get a refund?
Yes. Email info@pminl.ca for refund support.
I ran into technical issues while registering. What can I do?

Will this Symposium be virtual/hybrid?
No, this year we will hold the Symposium and Silver Gala in-person only. This event will not be recorded, nor will it be streamed online for virtual attendees.
