Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the PMINL membership currently occurs in December of each year.  Typically the meeting is scheduled after the annual general election is completed such that the results of the election can be announced that this meeting.

The agenda for the AGM usually consists of a review of the past year’s operations, current financial status, and achievements made throughout the year towards the Board’s annual strategic objectives.  If you would like to add an item to the agenda of the AGM, please feel free to email administration@pminl.ca.
