Annual General Election

As part of standard business operations, various positions will become vacant at the end of each calendar year.   These openings may be for either a one-year or two-year term.

As per the PMINL Bylaws, the annual election will be conducted (a) during the annual meeting of the membership; or (b) by mail ballot to all voting members in good standing; or (c) by electronic vote in compliance with the legal jurisdiction.

In 2020, PMINL moved away from conducting the election during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and instead conducted the annual election of officers electronically.
