Get ready for another engaging PMI Nova Scotia virtual lunch and learn!

Join Amber McMillan for an engaging virtual lunch and learn. Amber will highlight all 6 stages of the Change Curve and share practical insight to make the Change Curve bend to a PM’s will in project leadership.Change is an inevitable part of project work. From the work of Kubler-Ross, the Change Curve can be a powerful tool in understanding how to lead organizational and personal change. It helps illustrate the internal emotional journey that individuals experience when dealing with change.  When understood, these emotions can be a key component in building successful leadership strategies.
