Derek J. Follett, born in St. John’s, Newfoundland, now calls the city home with his wife and 3 boys. Derek started his project management career with SNC Lavalin executing capital infrastructure project upgrades at the North Atlantic Refinery in Come by Chance. In 2012 he moved to TechnipFMC and into subsea construction projects holding senior and lead engineering positions in Canada, Norway and the Republic of Congo before moving to his present role as Offshore Operations Superintendent at Atlantic Towing Ltd in 2019.
Derek is an active member of PMINL since 2018 and has acquired his Masters Certificate in Project Management (MCPM) and certified (PMP) Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. Derek also brings his existing board experience to PMI NL as an elected Member of the Board of Directors for Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador (PEGNL).

Bill Morrissey is a part-time consultant with Morrissey Consulting and trainer teaching project management communications and stakeholder management. He retired in 2018 as Associate Director with Memorial University’s Gardiner Centre – the corporate training arm of the Faculty of Business Administration – where his primary responsibility was business development. Bill has both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Education and has taught in the formal secondary education system as well as at Memorial University. Bill began taking training in project management in 1999 when he was in the first Masters Certificate in Project Management class in Newfoundland through York University. He was awarded his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation in 2013. He has served the Board of PMINL since 2015 in the positions of Secretary, Vice-President, President and continues to serve as immediate Past-President.
As a Senior IT consultant, Susan enjoys the challenge that comes from managing IT projects across a variety of industries and platforms. Susan has expertise with software development / COTS implementations, as well as infrastructure upgrades. Her focus has primarily been enterprise clients in both the public and private sectors (including Johnson Insurance, City of Calgary, Bermuda Telephone and various departments and agencies of GNL).
In addition to receiving her Masters Certificate in Project Management (MCPM) in 2005, Susan also holds several intermediate-level ITIL certifications. Susan has been a member of PMI since 2006.

Ogaga is passionate about technology advancement and has partnered with various Blue chip and multi-national organizations in various sectors including the energy, engineering, and airline industries to deliver their technology projects and programs.
She helps young professionals achieve their personal and professional goals. It was this passion that led her to start PMP coaching with Ogaga Johnson and within the last 12 months, she helped over 20 young professionals achieve their professional goal of passing the PMP exam and becoming PMP certified. She has also been invited to universities, churches, seminars, and conferences to speak on productivity, project management, and career development.
She obtained a M.Sc. in Sustainable Energy from Queen Mary University, United Kingdom and a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Covenant University, Nigeria.
Ogaga is also the founder of Yield Leadership Initiative (YLI); a not-for-profit aimed at giving God’s love by developing the potentials of young people. Through YLI, she remotely leads a team that supports over 100 young people in Nigeria to identify, develop, and utilize their potentials by partnering with government secondary schools to offer free Math tutorials, sponsor exam fees required for post-secondary education and University education. She is also the Editor-in-Chief of Yield Magazine; a yearly publication made by youths for youths.
Ogaga enjoys travelling, teaching and meeting new people. She also enjoys making games such as Word-search, crossword and sudoku puzzles. Fun fact, in 2017, she published a sudoku book! She’s married to Tosin Johnson and they’re blessed with a son; Isaac and they live for Christ.

Nothing brings Kyle Ingram more fulfillment than seeing a complex network of resources and stakeholders come together to create something great. As such, working as a Junior Project Manager at PAL Aerospace is a perfect fit.
Before launching into the Aerospace and Defence industry, Kyle spent over a decade as a helicopter bush pilot. Through formal and informal means, Kyle learned about the novelty and nuances of project management, focus, and leadership.
Kyle reflects how captaining aircraft and crews into some of the most sparsely settled regions of the world will always hold a special place in his heart. However, “more than the environmental and physical challenges of operating in places North of the Arctic Circle, I remember the people”. It was this realization that triggered a new focus in Kyle’s life: to solve business problems, contribute more to society, and drive progress in myself and others.
